Project
I have decided to embark on a year long project to photograph street art in and around Taipei. I figure this would be a fun project and get me out of the house and shooting. The street art I will be photographing would include but not limited to official art work, graffiti and other works that I consider street art.
As for the gear I will be using, it will be what ever camera I grab for the day.

F4 test shots 2
These are some photographs from the Nikon F4. Still learning and getting a grip with the F4. All the photographs were shot with the FujiFilm Superia X-tra 400. The lens is Nikon's popular nifty Fifty, the Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm 1.8D.
The photographs that are in black and white were converted in iPhoto. Again I don't have the exposure details, but that will soon be solved as I have gotten myself a notebook to jot down exposure details. :)
Something you don't see very often, sewing machine. I shot this thru the open window of a car.
The rest of the photographs were shot at the Beitou Hot Spring area here in Taipei. It is a beautiful park with a public library.

At the park
I was at the Yangming Mountain Qianshan Park when I stumbled on this quaint little street just outside the park. A couple of interesting shops selling local produce and a few eateries. Very local...
All the photographs were shot with the Fuji XE2 and the Fuji 35mm f1.4R lens. I am trying to see if I can live with shooting at 50mm full frame (35mm crop).
All the photographs were shot at ISO 800.

This was a lucky shot. I was crossing the street as was this couple.

Test shots...
Recently I acquired a Nikon F4 in my 'attempts' to go back to film. These are some of the shots from the camera. These are test shots or me trying to shoot film. The film is the Fujifilm Superia X-tra 400. There is not much information that I can provide as I realized that I either need to carry a note book to record down the exposure details or get myself the Nikon MF-23 data back.
Anyway here are some of the test shots...
This is the crater of a dormant volcano...
Converted to black and white in iPhoto.
People at the fringe of the crater enjoying the scenery...
and a dip in the water from the crater...
